Bear Market OVTLYR Exits
This section covers bear market exit rules based on OVTLYR signals and the fear and greed heat map.
● A new buy signal on OVTLYR is an exit signal
○ The short entry was taken using a sell signal
○ A buy signal ends that trade
Fear and Greed Exit Levels:
● If greed value is between 50 and 100 at entry
→ Look to exit at 42 on the heat map
→ This is a 13-point spread
● If greed is between 49 and 40,
→ Use a 13-point spread
● If 39 or less,
→ Use a 9-point spread
Reversal Exit:
● If the OVTLYR fear and greed heat map stalls or reverses,
→ That would be another exit strategy
